The Military-Civilian Transition Is Easier Said Than Done
- Do you have a hard time making decisions?
- Do you ask yourself, how will I fit in?
- Has your transition been harder than you thought?
You are far from alone, as studies have shown that at least 20% of veterans suffer from PTSD and/or depression.
If you are among that 20% you can turn to our DBT program to help you quiet things down and bring you peace. The program is designed to address the unique challenges facing veterans, using a trauma-informed approach to therapy. It can help you restore your sense of personal discipline and responsibility and provide you with an opportunity to retake control over your life.
